Demtec Omnifill Tray Filler

The Omnifill is the latest product of the demtec range: fill trays at high capacities, without loosing filling quality. The soil supply system can handle a very large throughput. A lateral height-adjustable rotor determines the hardness of the filling. Moreover the machine is provided with a strong soil recuperation system: there is no soil behind the filler. If required, the soil buffer of 0.8 m³ can be automatically supplied by a demtec soil elevator.

for filling trays with maximum width of 45 cm and pots with maximum height of 30 cm
length belt: 3,5 m,
variable speed adjustable filling by means of pressing screw (frequency drive), put laterally
standard capacity: 300 - 1.000 trays per hour (for trays 60 cm long)
without supplement and to be mentionned with order: 450 - 1500 trays per hour (trays 60 cm long)
contents soil bin: 800 litre, left or right model
variable speed soil supply
roller,adjustable in height,for harder filling with incorporated soil recycling system at exit side (no peat loss)
rotating brush for finishing the filling
