Demtec Staple Labeller

The Demtec Staple Labeller eliminates the dull and labour-intensive job of manual pot labelling that can often take longer than potting itself. Correctly and uniformly set labels not only look better, they often add value for plant sales. An automatic labeller reduces time both for plant potting (e.g. cuttings) and shipment.

Pot diam from 7cm - 21cm.
Pot height 7cm - 25cm.
Height adjustable units.
Fixed height 250mm wide, 1200mm long conveyor.
Width adjustable side guides with driven cord conveyor.
1 x 0.75mm section staples, 13mm wide with 8.5mm legs.

The staples will hold for plants with short growing times, couple of seasons
(For plants with longer growing times we can use stainless steel staples but the stapler for these stainless steel staples is designed especially for these staples and an extra price needs to be considered)
